Allocation Details
After considerations from the executives, it is to be decided that there will be only 1,000,000,000 (1 billion) $WANDER tokens to exist in the world. The supply of $WANDER token is intended to be allocated as follows:
- Investors: 20% (200,000,000 $WANDER): Raising $3.65 million
- Seed Round (8%): Raising $1.2 million | FDV = $15 million
- Private Round (11%): Raising $2.2 million | FDV = $20 million
- Public Round (1%): Raising $250,000 | FDV = $25 million
- Ecosystem Development: 15% (150,000,000 $WANDER)Funds will be used for developing strategic partnerships, community building and incentives and marketing programs.
- Team and Advisors: 18% (180,000,000 $WANDER)Funds will be allocated to Wanderverse's and its other involving company's founder, team and advisors.
- WANDER Rewards: 32% (320,000,000 $WANDER)To be distributed for Wanderverse's mobile users as alternative payments when they achieve a milestone(s) through the mobile application.
